LVT Wheel Tread Defect Monitoring System is designed to adopt highspeed, high-resolution image analysis and measurement technology and modern camera and AI technology to realize the automatic collection of wheel tread images. The system employs AI technology to detect tread surface defects such as flat, spalling, and peeling-off automatically. It is suitable for all kinds of vehicles including high-speed trains, locomotives, passenger and freight rolling stocks, and metros.
