Sleeper Replacement Machine
The sleeper replacement machine consists of two parts: a sleeper replacement clamp and a shield plate. Firstly,using its large shield plate can easily and quickly remove the roadbed gravel around the sleepers that need to be replaced. Then,using its hydraulic gripper,the sleepers that need to be replaced are clamped and pulled out of the trackbed,and the new sleepers are placed on the track bed under the steel rails.Then,use a large shield plate to level and even the roadbed gravel. Complete the cleaning,replacement,and leveling in one go,with an average of 30-60 seconds to replace one sleeper,making it convenient and fast.
