Wheel set press machine
The wheel set press machine is a single press-fitting cylinder press machine, which is a special equipment suitable for the interference fit assembly of new railway passenger cars and freight cars for new construction and maintenance. It can be used for the assembly of various types of railway passenger and freight car wheelsets at home and abroad. There is no need to turn around during the press- fitting process, and the press-fitting of both ends can be completed after one loading. It can also be connected to the automatic wheel set maintenance production line and the wheel set pre-pressing machine. The equipment is equipped with a computer press-fitting recording system, which can record, store and print the pressure-displacement curve of the wheel set in real time.Main technical parameters
